As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients and supporting our team’s workflow. How you'll make an impact Assist with the branch’s daily operations and ensure smooth workflow processes. Create essential documents like certificates and reports, using the latest tools and systems. By supporting our production team and client service functions, you’ll help us achieve key goals like client satisfaction and retention. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence. About You Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships. Behaviors: A knack for organization and attention to detail. The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Comfort using tools and systems to create documents and reports. A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering great service. A commitment to ethical practices and teamwork. Exceptional organizational skills Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
