We’re looking for another superstar to join our team at The Little Gym of Waxhaw—and we want YOU to be part of it.

- Introduce kids to the serious fun of learning and play in our unique environment
- Teach amazing classes using our proven curriculum (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
- Create a warm, safe, high-energy space where kids thrive and parents feel welcome
- Lead the team in outstanding customer service that makes every family feel like part of our community

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has leadership experience (training lead, shift lead, team lead, coach, manager)
- Can work 30-40 hours (day and night hours)
- Is dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn (background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus, but not required!)
- Loves having fun, giving high-fives, and playing like a kid
- Brings positive energy and a “yes, I can!” attitude every day
- Makes kids AND parents feel seen, valued, and excited to come back
