Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist to drive brand growth through thoughtful campaign strategy, social media leadership, and paid media execution. This is a full-time role for a marketing generalist who brings both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach. The right person understands how to connect the dots between brand storytelling, audience targeting, and performance marketing to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that span campaigns, social media, and paid channels
Own end-to-end campaign management including planning, creative briefing, execution, and post-campaign analysis
Manage paid media activity across platforms, continuously testing and optimising for performance
Build and maintain a strong organic social media presence through content strategy and community engagement
Use data and analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make informed strategic decisions
Partner with creative, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing aligns with broader business objectives
Identify growth opportunities and proactively propose new initiatives or channel strategies
Required Qualifications
Extensive marketing experience spanning campaign management, social media, and paid media
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop marketing plans and translate them into execution
Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms including Meta, Google, or similar
Solid understanding of social media dynamics, content performance, and audience growth strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in brand strategy or brand positioning work
Familiarity with influencer marketing or partnership-based growth strategies
Exposure to B2B or B2C marketing across multiple verticals
Tools & Technology
Meta Business Suite / Google Ads / TikTok Ads Manager
Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, native platform insights)
Google Workspace
Slack, Zoom, Asana, and other remote collaboration tools
