STEM Lead Facilitator

Essential Functions:

Able to supervise children.

1. Plans and implements program activities that are culturally relevant, developmentally appropriate and consistent with YMCA core values.
2. Adheres to program standards including safety and cleanliness.
3. Follows YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention and emergencies.
4. Be able to exercise proper judgement when dealing with a group of children.
5. Be able to exercise proper judgement when dealing with staff.
6. Must be open and receptive to constructive criticism, when it is for the benefit of the program, or the staff members growth and development.
7. Attends staff meetings and trainings
