About the Role:

 

The Sr. Associate, Commercial Transformation aligns firm strategy, product priorities, and enterprise execution to drive tangible commercial outcomes. Positioned at the intersection of Product and the broader organization, the role leverages institutional knowledge, executive trust, and cross-functional influence to translate strategy into actionable solutions. This position owns enterprise-scale transformation initiatives, leading end-to-end delivery, driving adoption, and improving business performance. It is a highly visible, high-impact role requiring strong judgment and adaptability, reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Transformation in New York.

 

Responsibilities of the Role: 

  • Partner with leaders across Product and the enterprise to align strategy with execution and advance the commercial agenda.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of key transformation initiatives, including decision frameworks and product lifecycle models to improve scalability and speed.
  • Evaluate and enhance business processes and operating models to simplify and optimize how work gets done.
  • Bring a global, enterprise-wide perspective to connect regional and functional efforts into cohesive outcomes.
  • Influence decisions by building trust, navigating competing priorities, and applying objective, enterprise-first judgment while translating complexity into clear action plans.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives, driving execution, adoption, measurable impact, and leveraging technology to enhance commercial effectiveness.

Requirements for the Role:

 

  • 8+ years of experience in financial services with a strong track record of business results in technical and leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations while influencing executive leadership and enterprise-level decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Broad understanding of asset management and investment concepts, with a client-focused perspective across products, distribution, and platforms.
  • Experience working across regions and functions (e.g., Technology, Investments, Strategy), bringing a global, enterprise-wide mindset.
  • Strategic, innovative problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, demonstrating sound judgment and resilience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong work ethic, energy, and commitment to driving commercial impact.
