In dieser Schlüsselrolle stellst du sicher, dass unsere Produkte termingerecht, vollständig und in einwandfreiem Zustand bei unseren Kunden ankommen – und leistest damit einen entscheidenden Beitrag zu unserer Lieferzuverlässigkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit.

Das kannst du bewirken

• Leitung und Koordination aller Aktivitäten im Bereich Warenausgang, einschließlich Kommissionierung, Verpackung, Verladung und Versand

• Optimierung der Lager- und Logistikprozesse im Warenausgang zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Reduktion von Kosten

• Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams im Warenausgang

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Sicherheitsvorschriften und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen

• Verantwortung für die Bestandsgenauigkeit im Warenausgang sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Inventuren

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Produktion, Einkauf, Vertrieb) sowie externen Logistikpartnern und Spediteuren

• Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und Erstellung von Berichten zur Performance des Warenausgangs

• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Einführung neuer Technologien

• Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Abwicklung von Zoll- und Exportformalitäten

Dein Hintergrund

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Logistikfachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion im Warenausgang oder in der Logistik, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lagerverwaltungssystemen (WMS) und ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP)

• Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz

• Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Problemlösungskompetenz

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

• Vertrautheit mit Schweizer Export- und Zollbestimmungen

• Flexibilität hinsichtlich Arbeitszeiten bei Bedarf

About the position

For our production site in Wettingen, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as Manager of Outbound Logistics who, with a strong overview and sense of responsibility, manages the entire shipping process. In this key role, you ensure that our products reach our customers on time, in full, and in perfect condition—making a decisive contribution to our delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.

How you'll make an impact

• Management and coordination of all activities in the outbound logistics area, including picking, packaging, loading, and shipping

• Optimization of warehouse and outbound logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Leadership, motivation, and development of the outbound logistics team

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements

• Responsibility for inventory accuracy in outbound logistics, including conducting regular stocktakes

• Close collaboration with internal departments (production, procurement, sales) as well as external logistics partners and freight forwarders

• Analysis of relevant KPIs and preparation of reports on outbound logistics performance

• Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities, including the introduction of new technologies

• Ensuring smooth handling of customs and export procedures

Your background

• Completed training in logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification (e.g., certified logistics specialist with a federal diploma)

• Several years of professional experience in a leadership role in outbound logistics or logistics, ideally in a manufacturing company

• Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

• Experience in team leadership and strong interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities as well as a high level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and problem-solving competence

• Fluent German (written and spoken; Swiss German is an advantage) and good English skills

• Familiarity with Swiss export and customs regulations

• Flexibility regarding working hours when required
