Your Role

  • You take end-to-end responsibility for operating and continuously enhancing our GenAI product “Mira Assist” within IQS Service and actively drive further AI initiatives in the service domain.

  • You connect user feedback, AI behavior and technical implementation into a coherent overall solution and ensure that “Mira Assist” is scaled for internal service use as well as for initial external customer self-service use cases.

  • You operate and optimize “Mira Assist” for our internal FSEs, for example through spare parts integration and support in complex troubleshooting scenarios.

  • You configure and implement the first external customer self-service applications – including customer content setup, access and permission management, as well as governance structures.

  • You continuously improve answer quality (accuracy, relevance, trustworthiness), increase user adoption and unlock additional value potential of the solution.

  • You analyze AI-related user feedback (e.g. hallucinations, incorrect or incomplete answers) and derive concrete, actionable optimization measures.

  • You own prompt and knowledge tuning in close alignment with the external technology provider and internal stakeholders, define AI quality criteria, establish measurement and monitoring processes and drive continuous optimization.

  • You support rollouts and enablement activities (trainings, guidelines, communication formats) for internal and external audiences and assess and prioritize new use case extensions based on value, feasibility and impact on result quality.

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Innovation, Digital Business or a comparable field of study

  • Several years of professional experience in consulting or digital innovation as well as in project and/or product management for digital and software products – ideally at the interface between business and technology

  • Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM-based applications, e.g. in prompt iteration or AI-supported workflows, as well as experience with user-centric innovation methods (e.g. customer journeys, design thinking)

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic digital solutions

  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, along with confident communication and facilitation of workshops with internal teams and external partners

  • Structured, self-driven way of working with a strong ownership mindset and a drive for continuous improvement, as well as business-fluent German and English skills
