
Corporate Director of Housekeeping
Job Description
The Corporate Director of Environmental Services & Standards provides strategic leadership, training, and operational oversight for housekeeping services across the organization’s portfolio of assisted living communities. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining company-wide housekeeping standards that support resident satisfaction, cleanliness, infection control, and regulatory compliance. This position is focused on training, operational consistency, quality assurance, and leadership development of community Housekeeping Directors and teams. The Corporate Director of Environmental Services & Standards partners closely with Executive Directors and Regional Vice Presidents to ensure housekeeping departments operate efficiently and consistently across all communities.
