About The Role:
We are looking for a Back Office Engineer of Card Processing to join our team! This role will have the main focus on supporting the SmartVista Back Office system and will be responsible for developing innovations and implementing new services.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Configure and support SmartVista BackOffice products and services

  • Prepare SmartVista BackOffice improvement plans

  • Be responsible for the stability and quality of BackOffice processes

  • Support mandatory changes, new features, and system integrations

  • Communicate with PSs, partners, and internal teams

  • Analyse TORs of new features and products

  • Identify weaknesses and provide system improvements

What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

  • 3+ years of supporting card processing Back Office systems

  • Strong knowledge of clearing rules, settlement cycles and processes

  • Experience in working with Visa, MC, UPI certification, and implementation projects

  • Strong knowledge of Visa, MC, UPI rules, clearing, settlement, and authorization processes

  • Understanding of PCI-DSS principles

  • Being comfortable in bash scripts and PL/SQL

Desired Skills/Competencies/Experiences:

  • Experience with SmartVista

  • Experience with CI/CD processes

  • Experience with software development
