- Monitorar o comportamento dos alunos nas dependências da escola.
- Orientar e garantir o cumprimento das normas disciplinares.
- Acompanhar os alunos nos horários de entrada, saída, intervalo e troca de aulas.
- Prevenir situações de risco ou conflito, intervindo quando necessário.
- Auxiliar na organização de filas, eventos e atividades escolares.
- Comunicar à coordenação qualquer ocorrência relevante.
- Colaborar com professores, coordenação e demais funcionários.
- Ensino médio completo.
- Experiência anterior em ambiente escolar ou com atendimento ao público (desejável).
- Boa comunicação, postura ética e firmeza na condução de situações.
- Capacidade de lidar com crianças e adolescentes com empatia e autoridade.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em período integral.
