Summary of the role
As a Consultant, you will be a core member of project teams working with colleagues at all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. You will conduct research, gather and analyse data, run surveys and interviews, and turn information into clear insights. You will identify patterns, test hypotheses, structure recommendations, and contribute to client-ready deliverables such as presentations, analyses, workshops and discussions. You will have the opportunity to work across industries and capabilities, with flexibility to specialise early or explore different areas. The role may require travel within the home market and internationally.

Compensation information
Job title: Consultant (m/f/d)
Location: Milan, Italy
Contract type: Permanent contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato)
CCNL applied: CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement of companies in the Services and Distribution Sectors)
Level / Classification: Impiegato, Level 1
Remuneration
Base starting salary (full-time equivalent): EUR 43,000
The candidates eligible will receive also a 7.000€ una-tantum sign–on bonus in their first month of employment.
This amount is expressed as a full-time equivalent. The above base salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, in accordance with applicable law. Any final salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills and our current organizational needs.
