Occupational Therapist - Graduate Program 2026
Job Description
We understand that the first year as an Occupational Therapist, can be exciting, yet also overwhelming. Our Graduate Program provides you with a sound knowledge base that helps to set you up for success.
Like an onion, we have several layers – built in-supervision, mentorship, tutorials, workshops. Across the 12-month program, you will build your capacity and confidence in Occupational Therapy, will learn all about the DVA, RTW, Aged Care and NDIS schemes, AND gain hands on experience helping participants make the most out of every day!

- Comprehensive Induction - 12 weeks induction program including shadowing, one on one support and group supervision.
