We are looking for a talented individual…
To join our team as a Energy Advisor! You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to our customers. This is a hybrid position supporting two programs. You will be supporting our Recycling Appliance Program by driving our truck to residential homes and will be picking up refrigerators that need to be recycled. You will also be supporting our homeowners and contractors by installing energy-efficient equipment, conducting energy efficiency (re)audits, pre, and post-installation verifications.
To be considered for this role you must be based in Michigan City, Indiana for daily travel within the region.

Pick up refrigerators from customers homes
Provide individualized and ongoing assistance to property owners and contractors to convert projects according to contract compliance
Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specification
Rebate processing, data entry, and QA/QC support
Record and provide to program staff customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
Technical and/or sales and/or customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Are at least 21 years of age
A valid Driver’s License
Type of Work
Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day (this is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers’ homes)
Physical Nature of the Job
Lifting heavy refrigerators using dollies, team lifts, or other methods
Work in all climates
Bending, crouching, kneeling
DOT Requirements
If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Compensation Range
$17.75 - $25.05Currency

HourlyAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
