Skills & Experience Needed:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to manage stock, control costs, and minimize waste
Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
