The Senior Program Manager, Product Operations will drive strategic initiatives that shape product direction, operational efficiency, and customer experience at scale. You will partner closely with senior leaders to define and execute complex, ambiguous projects that influence company-wide priorities. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate strategy into execution. You will also help build scalable systems and processes, leveraging AI and automation to increase operational leverage.
