To support this work, we are now looking for a Multiclient Seismic Sales Lead / Account Manager for EU to join our Exploration Data (EXD) team in Stavanger, Norway.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead commercial activities for multiclient seismic products, including securing prefunding for new projects
  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with regulators, local independents, and international E&P companies
  • Develop and execute account plans, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and provide reliable revenue forecasts
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, and lead contract negotiations with customers
  • Work closely with technical teams, new ventures, sales, and marketing to effectively position seismic data and survey offerings
  • Stay informed on market developments, licensing rounds, and competitor activity across the region
Required skills
We are looking for someone who:
  • Wants to work with industry leading technology and contribute to creating a more sustainable energy future

  • Has a professional background and experience with:
  • Client-facing commercial roles, with 10–15 years of experience focused on relationship building and business growth
  • Well-established network with major operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, particularly within the subsurface sector, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • The Norwegian Continental Shelf market and experience working in Norway
  • Multiclient seismic products and commercial models
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
