Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
Assist with resume screening and initial outreach
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Support employer branding and promote company culture
Track recruitment data and assist with reporting
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring needs
Requirements:
Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or related fields
Strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
Fluent in Arabic
Interest or experience in crypto/blockchain/Web3 is a strong advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with LinkedIn or sourcing platforms is a plus
