Assistant Manager, Placement

The Assistant Manager, Placement will serve as a key point of contact for designated low-risk accounts, supporting account management activities and helping to strengthen client relationships. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth account operations and customer satisfaction.

We will count on you to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated low-risk accounts, following up on correspondences and strengthening account relationships.

• Develop an understanding of client businesses through account research, industry issue analysis, and preparing benchmarking studies.

• Manage day-to-day aspects of designated small accounts, including processing billing requests, gathering information for quotes, generating project calendars, and organizing meeting logistics.

• Liaise between internal senior professionals and accounts to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.

• Mitigate account concerns or issues, addressing problems promptly and escalating to senior colleagues when necessary.

• Report on relationship satisfaction to senior colleagues to maintain mutual understanding internally and externally.

• Develop and maintain fluency in the Company's service offerings to enhance work quality and sales capabilities.

• Experience in account management or client service roles, preferably in insurance or related industries.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and good judgment in escalation.
