Budget and Strategic Planning Analyst

This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance to start (TS) The Budget and Strategic Planning Analyst provides mid-level analytical support for planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) activities within Army programs. This role supports strategic planning efforts, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, and budget formulation across multiple appropriations. The analyst works under Government direction to analyze financial data, develop budget justification materials, and support portfolio-level decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to leadership.
