About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Property team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Description:
1.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, particularly large manufacturing clients in key regions. Guide clients in formulating and implementing e-procurement policies, ensure effective client acquisition and management, and achieve assigned sales targets.
2.Deeply identify client needs and pain points, develop effective client strategies and implementation plans, coordinate internal resources, and provide customized solutions to address client issues.
3.Work closely with operations, business, and merchandising teams to advance clients’ online procurement, payment collection, and after-sales services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Possess solution-building capabilities and expertise in B2B sales management, client acquisition, and account maintenance. A minimum of 5 years of key account management experience is required, with proven project or client service success—especially in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Be familiar with centralized procurement models, able to adapt to fast-growing business environments, and demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure achievement of team objectives.
Job Qualifications:
1.Educational Background
-Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
2. Work Experience
-5–10 years in key account management, with a background in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining large projects or major clients.
3. Competency Requirements
- Professional Skills: Strong solution-oriented mindset; proficient in B2B sales management, client development, and account maintenance.Familiar with centralized procurement models and able to adapt to rapidly growing business environments.
- Business Insight: Capable of deeply identifying client needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships, diagnosing pain points, and formulating effective client strategies and solutions.
- Collaboration Ability:Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work closely with operations, commercial, and merchandising teams to jointly improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Advanced Experience (preferred):Solution-building mindset and mastery of B2B sales and key account management.Over 8 years of major account management experience, especially serving large manufacturing clients.Proven track record with billion-level projects or clients at competitor companies, as well as successful development and servicing of traditional clients with projects valued in the tens of millions.
