As part of this transformation, we are strengthening our People Experience Operational Center in Poznan, making it the backbone of PX service delivery in Region Europe & Africa. To support this, we are recruiting our future:
HR Operations Manager France
responsible for leading and developing the team delivering People Services to SKF sites in France.
In this role, you will contribute to shaping how we design and deliver People Experience processes.
Together with your team, you will translate strategy into simple, user friendly and effective processes that enhance both employee experience and operational excellence. You will work closely with People Experience colleagues and business stakeholders to support the development of amodern, consistent and unified People Experience organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop the People Services team (located in both Poland and France) supporting our business in France.
• Build an engaged, agile, and service focused team culture that extends across country borders.
• Provide administrative support relating to the full employee lifecycle - this includes but is not limited to: employment documentation preparation and updates, pension administration, resolving HR & Payroll queries, employee benefits administration.
• Ensure high quality, compliant service delivery and a seamless employee experience.
• Act as the escalation point, ensuring that agreed service levels and operational standards are met.
• Identify and address service gaps proactively, using data and insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and local PX teams to streamline processes and support the adoption of solutions.
• Build trust-based andeffective relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing PX transformation.
• Be responsible for selected PX (HR) processes and activities (e.g., Global Mobility, Power of Attorney related processes, PX support for Executives, Management acting as a management contact for confidential matters, participating in PX projects as a Team representative).
What we expect you to have
· University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, another relevant field, or equivalent experience.
· Experience in manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of French HR and Payroll processes, policies, benefits and taxation rules, knowledge of French labor legislation.
· Strong knowledge of office tools (especially MS Excel, PowerBI is also appreciated).
· Experience from a leadership role managing small – to mid sized teams, including responsibility for recruitment, development, task allocation, and performance management (minimum 3 years).
· Experience working with and improving People Experience processes; PX/HR operational experience is required (minimum 5 years).
· High proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
· Experience with HR digital tools is an advantage.
· High level presentation capabilities and strong communication skills.
· Experience working in an international environment will be considered an asset.
· Willingness and ability to travel when required (<10%); in particular, during the initial period, travel to France will be required to meet the Team members and gain a thorough understanding of the processes.
