About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to recruit a Viewing Assistant to support our Ascot office on a flexible, as‑required basis.
Our Country Business requires reliable, professional individuals to represent Knight Frank at property viewings across a wide geographical area. This role is ideal for someone seeking occasional, flexible work to fit around other commitments.
As a Viewing Assistant, you will be engaged on an ad hoc basis to host property viewings for prospective buyers, delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing your local area knowledge.
Acting as an ambassador for our global firm, you will ensure clients receive a positive, seamless viewing experience whenever support is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Showing prospective buyers around properties when required
- Creating a positive first impression as the first point of contact
- Providing detailed and timely feedback to the office following viewings
- Identifying client needs and proactively generating further viewings and referrals
- Communicating clearly with colleagues to ensure viewings are managed professionally
- Maintaining confidentiality, trust, and goodwill with all clients
- Confidently sharing local knowledge with clients and the office
- Promoting Knight Frank services to support cross-selling opportunities
- Occasionally providing ad hoc Saturday cover, where required
- Attending mandatory training to support the role
About You
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
- Enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused
- Strong local area knowledge
- Good understanding of the sales process
- Confident showing properties to prospective buyers
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and reliable, with regular availability on a flexible basis
- Car owner with a full, clean driving license
- Basic IT skills

- This is an ad hoc / flexible role
- Work will be offered as and when required to support office demand
