Job Description

Caesars Entertainment has an exciting opportunity for an Offer Redemption Coordinator in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position supports the successful execution of promotional offers and events by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring information is complete and up to date. The role works closely with internal teams to gather data, track participant and event details, identify discrepancies, and support ongoing operational processes. In this position you will need to have an aptitude for data analytics and look for ways that promotes a continuous improvement mentality.

  • Provide prompt, efficient and courteous attention for all data collection
  • Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of running and distribute offer set up integrity report on a reoccurring basis
  • Compile information needed for various reports and assist in coordinating project-oriented duties
  • Ensure accurate and proper reporting on collecting all offer and event details, expenses and participant lists
  • Adhere to Standard operating procedures for offer redemption and maintain compliance
  • Must have attention to detail and be able to identify if there is a discrepancy with the data
  • Attend close calls for events and follow up via email and phone to gather all required information
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least a minimum of two (2) years’ of similar work experience, prefer to include experience with data base functionality
  • Maintains a high level of software skills in Microsoft Office application tools; intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Database knowledge and skills with the ability to create reports and run queries
  • Individual must possess good PC skills, strong written and oral communication with the ability to communicate clearly
  • Effective organization and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to take ownership of the information and continuously look for improvement
  • Well organized and possess great attention to detail
  • Works individually and in team environments equally and efficiently
  • Possess a willingness to learn and ability to be mentored
  • Must be able to attain a gaming license in several states

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in accounting, audit, marketing or a financial function
  • Experience working with data sets, data compilation or data entry
