Since the advent of AI-assisted coding, there is no hard technical requirements anymore, but if you have experience in the following or want to help build the following that would be great:
Custom sandbox architecture on bare metal infrastructure
Go/Golang based microservices platform
Dealing with high concurrency platform systems that reach 100s of thousands of users
Custom AI harnesses and AI agents
You will be a good fit if you meet all of these criteria:
Deeply curious -- you are fascinated by the world of technology and often find yourself tinkering late into the night or early into the morning
Hard worker -- working long hours comes naturally for you and you gain pleasure from working in an intense team that pushes you to your limits
Low ego / humble -- no problem is too small, and you are always open to other's ideas
