Job Description & Summary: As a key member of Consulting, you will work on collaborative teams to help deliver a range of projects for clients, including sustainability reporting and integrated annual reporting, ESG portfolio and supply chain risk assessment, and ESG strategy development. You will also have opportunities to contribute to projects focused on human rights, climate change and geopolitical issues.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled **Senior Associate** with expertise in **Climate, Resilience & Sustainability (CRS)** to join our team. This is a **full-time position** with a hybrid work environment, providing flexibility and a balance between remote and in-office work.

## Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies focused on Climate, Resilience & Sustainability (CRS). - Conduct research and analysis to support sustainability initiatives. - Assist in creating policies and frameworks to drive environmental and social impact. - Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of sustainability programs. - Provide expert guidance on best practices for climate resilience and sustainable development.

## Experience & Qualifications –

**Experience:** Open to candidates with no prior professional experience; however, a strong interest and foundational knowledge in Climate, Resilience & Sustainability (CRS) is essential. –

**Education:** No specific educational qualifications are required. Candidates with relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. - **Certifications:** None required, but certifications in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields are considered a plus.

## Preferred Sector Expertise - While there are no specific sector requirements, familiarity with sustainability, environmental studies, or climate resilience industries will be advantageous.

## Work Environment - **Type:** Hybrid (a combination of in-office and remote work).
