Customs Affairs Supervisor - 1X Cape town & 1X Johannesburg

What You’ll Do
- Leading and coaching a high-performing Customs team
- Driving first-time-right customer solutions and service excellence
- Managing customs clearances, audits, valuations, temporary imports/exports, and refunds
- Building strong relationships with Customs officials, carriers, and customers
- Monitoring performance, service levels, and operational KPIs
- Ensuring ISO compliance and continuous process improvement
- Keeping systems, reporting, and communication running smoothly
- Identifying training opportunities and developing your team

What We’re Looking For
Business Management Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
2+ years' experience in a leadership role within the express, courier, or logistics industry
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Valid driver’s licence code 10
