Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION
The SOREL The eCommerce Site Merchandiser is responsible for executing and optimizing onsite merchandising strategies to deliver a seamless, engaging, and conversion-driven customer experience. This role owns product setup, pricing execution, site content management, and promotional support across the eCommerce platform.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with strong cross-functional communication skills and a passion for customer journey optimization.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Product & Catalog Management
Execute end-to-end product setup and creation, including accurate product copy, attributes, and digital asset integration
Manage product lifecycle updates including product offlining, discontinuations, and end-of-life execution
Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and aligned with merchandising and brand standards
Pricing & Promotions
Implement and maintain product pricing in alignment with business strategy
Execute pricing updates including promotions, markdowns, seasonal pricing, and clearance events
Support pricing accuracy and validation across the site
Site Merchandising & Content Execution
Curate and manage onsite content across key touchpoints including homepage, category pages, search results, and product grids
Set up and maintain banners, campaigns, and in-grid content to support key initiatives
Execute site refreshes and “content flips” to align with campaign calendars and seasonal transitions
Search & Navigation Optimization
Manage and refine search, sort, and filter rules to improve discoverability and conversion
Partner with analytics and merchandising teams to optimize product visibility and site navigation
Campaign & Calendar Support
Support execution of the eCommerce broadcast calendar, ensuring timely deployment of campaigns and promotions
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities, deliverables, and timelines
Customer Experience & Optimization
Advocate for the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring consistency and ease of navigation
Identify opportunities to improve content, site merchandising, and overall user experience
Support testing and optimization initiatives to improve conversion and engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with eCommerce, merchandising, brand, creative, and copy teams to ensure cohesive execution
Coordinate with product merchandisers to align on assortment, pricing, and product storytelling
Partner with creative and content teams to ensure timely delivery and deployment of assets
YOU ARE
Passionate about brand building and ecommerce.

Comfortable taking action, advocating for their ideas, and are ready to bring their POV to a dynamic team environment.
YOU HAVE
Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience in Marketing.
2–5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field
Experience working within eCommerce platforms (SFCC strongly preferred)
Familiarity with PIM and CMS tools (Salsify, Amplience, Salesforce)
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
Analytical mindset with a focus on improving customer experience and performance
