Overview
Join JLL's Work Dynamics for a paid, client-site internship where you'll gain hands-on experience in business improvement, program management, and customer engagement. Work onsite at a major corporate client's office while leveraging your English skills in a global business environment spanning over 80 countries.

Work Location
This internship is onsite at a client location. You'll work at a major company's office as a member of JLL's professional team, directly engaging in client service delivery. This provides authentic exposure to workplace management workflows and client relationship building in a real business environment.
What You'll Do
Delivery & Process Improvement
Evaluate existing workflows and processes at the client site using scientific methodologies to identify enhancement opportunities
Focus on delivery strategy and vendor performance management processes
Collaborate with mentors to refine processes and drive continuous improvement
Create implementation roadmaps based on thorough analysis
Business Management
Understand prevailing business management reviews and processes at the client site
Support business function owners in implementing actions for overall improvement, focusing on improvement opportunities
Build strategic partnerships with key function owners to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and integration
Customer Engagement
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization
Understand critical touchpoints with office users (employees) and work with program owners on data analysis and identification of improvement opportunities
Analyze helpdesk tickets and customer response metrics to implement data-driven improvements
Program Management
Create overall program plans and support execution phase governance
Establish reporting processes and assist in sharing detailed progress reports until closure
Deliver high-quality work that meets established timelines and program expectations
Who We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Current university student graduating in 2027
Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Passion for real estate
Self-starter with strong team player qualities
- Ability to work onsite at client locations
**To participate in this internship, you must have your own bank account in Japan.**

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) with strong report and presentation preparation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Salary: JPY 1500/hour
※We do not provide support for relocation expenses or other costs beyond salary.
Work hour: 9:00~18:00, including 1 hour lunch break
Weekdays (Monday through Friday)
Location: Meguro or Shinagawa, Tokyo
