Brokerage Specialist
Join Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, as a Brokerage Specialist supporting our dynamic brokerage team. This role will support the regions advisory brokerage professionals with operational excellence to drive business development, client engagement, and transaction success.
Key Responsibilities
- Track opportunities and listings, and maintain accurate deal/pipeline records (including CRM updates) in accordance with guidelines
- Manage deal cycle activities from initiation to closeout, including coordinating due diligence workflows and final document assembly.
- Assist in planning and coordination of basic travel arrangements
- Enter Expense Reports
- Collect expense reimbursement documents, such as receipts, and other information from fee-earners, Associates, and/or Client Coordinators
- Attribute expenses to specific deals or other codes and track against deal budget
- Review and analyze lease/sale documents
- Manage and coordinate leasing and/or investment sales process
- Work with local brokers to drive direction and implementation of all marketing efforts as it pertains to promotion of specific listings
- Partner with national marketing team to produce content/design of marketing materials and presentations to include flyers, brochures, leasing proposals, case studies, qualifications booklets, email blasts, invitations, and website content
- Create and coordinate initial listing presentations and broker opinion of value
- Maintain local web pages for corporate website and/or property websites
- Plan and support client and local C&W events (charitable events, etc.)
- Edit lease and sale proposals and counter-proposals
- Prepare monthly reports for clients including current status of deals, marketing efforts for available properties, companies currently targeting, etc
- Support day-to-day office administrative duties to include supply ordering, printing, overall office functionality, etc.
- All other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience
- 2+ years of real estate experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate with Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate with Adobe Creative Suite
- Intermediate with Concep
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented, self-starter, able to set priorities and handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently
- Experience and knowledge of Client Servicing
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- 2+ years of real estate experience preferred

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
