
Assistant Wellness Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities: Wellness Strategy Support: Support the development and implementation of the wellness strategy by contributing ideas, coordinating program design, and assisting in the execution of initiatives that raise awareness
Help maintain and track the strategic roadmap to ensure alignment with overall wellness objectives
Program Implementation: Plan and assist the rollout of wellness initiatives, manage digital marketing campaigns, coordinate cross-team projects and timelines, and optimize the digital experience to ensure our wellness journeys are engaging, accessible, and effective
Offer Management: Manage our portfolio of wellness offers by assessing their relevance and competitiveness, making necessary adjustments, and exploring new partnerships and offerings to enrich our wellness program
Event Planning: Organize and execute digital and onsite wellness events aimed at promoting our initiatives and cultivating a health-conscious culture
This includes theme selection, logistics management, and driving high participation and engagement
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of trends in the wellness sector and monitor competitor activities
Conduct regular analysis, gather feedback from participants, and provide strategic recommendations to keep our wellness offerings innovative and competitive
: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in the health and wellness sector or insurance industry Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences and stakeholders Demonstrated experience in managing projects, organizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery Skilled in analyzing market trends, interpreting data, and applying insights to inform strategic decisions Proactive, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
