Overview

 

Within Group Reward & Performance, you will join the Compensation Team to design, develop, and administer compensation processes, partnering with other functions to ensure compliance with laws and governance standards.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

You will be involved in the following activities: 

  • develop and manage compensation tools and processes
  • conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends
  • perform compensation analysis
  • provide day-to-day support with internal stakeholders

Who we are looking for

 

If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:         

  • 5 -10 years of experience
  • proven experience in compensation, preferably within a multinational or financial sector company  
  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), with a strong ability to translate quantitative data into actionable insights  
  • strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills  
  • fluency in English  
  • knowledge of additional languages is a plus
