Our hotel
Set next to the picturesque Vondelpark, in the heart of the city, the 396-room Amsterdam Marriott is celebrated for its proximity to significant landmarks such as the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, exclusive shopping, vibrant nightlife and high-end restaurants. Opened in 1975 as the first Marriott in Europe, the hotel blends a prime location with contemporary interiors, offering an ideal address for exploring Amsterdam. The hotel also features 11 flexible meeting and event spaces with natural daylight, including our Grand Ballroom and studios.

What are your responsibilities?
As a Demi Chef de Partie you work within our kitchen team to keep the level of services high. The Amsterdam Marriott Hotel has several F&B outlets. In our newly renovated restaurant Midtown Grill we serve breakfast, lunch for groups during the afternoon and ‘a la carte' the finest steaks in town during the evening. In our Sorel's Midtown Bar & Lounge, we serve an international lunch and dinner. Furthermore the hotel has 12 event rooms for which the kitchen prepares all that is needed. Of course we also have 24-hour Inroom Dining.
What makes you the perfect fit?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie for our kitchen department. You enjoy working in the kitchen and are passionate about delivering excellent dishes to ensure guests experience a memorable stay. Our Restaurant Midtown Grill is the number one steakhouse in Amsterdam, and you are determined to help us to improve even further.
