Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The IT Specialist role is to ensure optimal operation of the facility’s IT systems. This includes installing, configuring and supporting hardware and software components so that end users can accomplish business tasks. Problem resolution involves the use of department request tracking system and where required this individual will give in-person, hands-on assistance and training to end users. In addition to end user support, he/she will be involved in the implementation of new IT systems and maintenance of existing IT infrastructure systems as assigned.
