Automotive Service Technician

Pay: Flat rate with annual range of $32-$42 flat rate

Schedule: Full time, exact schedule to be discussed at interview. Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Friday options are available.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately diagnose and repair vehicles to OEM standards
• Flag hours on CP, warranty, and internal ROs
• Complete multi-point inspections and video walkarounds
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of work
• Stay current on required OEM and Mopar training
• Maintain a clean and organized stall

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3 year of professional technician experience (dealership preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Your own tools and toolbox
• Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team
• Mopar or ASE certifications are a plus (but not required)

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. Flat rate pay range for this role is $32-$42 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
