This role focuses on ensuring consistent, secure, and efficient endpoint delivery and experience while working closely with internal IT teams and end users.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Tier 1 support for endpoint-related issues (Windows, mobile devices, peripherals) Assist with provisioning, imaging, and deployment of laptops, desktops, mobile devices and Printers Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching of endpoint systems Support device lifecycle processes including onboarding, replacements, and decommissioning Support and maintain accurate asset and configuration records Assist with endpoint security compliance and policy enforcement Document procedures, resolutions, and knowledge base articles Required Qualifications 1–3 years of IT support or endpoint management experience Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common business applications Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar identity platforms Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Preferred Experience Experience with NinjaOne (RMM/patching/monitoring) Experience with SOTI MobiControl (MDM for Android/iOS devices) Experience with Microsoft Intune (device configuration, compliance, and deployment) Basic understanding of endpoint security tools and best practices
