Controls Senior Engineer / Automation leader

Your Tasks

• Programming & development of applications; support and development of multi-brand PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
• Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in control systems, automation, and industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, IO-Link, Modbus, among others).
• Industrial robotics programming: cobots (UR, Elite or similar) and industrial robots (KUKA, FANUC or similar).
• Development and maintenance of HMI, vision systems, and AI applications.
• Lead and execute automation and continuous improvement projects.
• Supervise and train automation and control technicians.
• Coordinate with external vendors and system integrators.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and corporate standards (Read Across).
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (PITS).
• Continuous process improvement.
• Results-oriented, KPI-driven, with schedule flexibility.
• Self-directed professional.

Your Profile

• PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens). Industrial robots and cobots.
• Electrical and control systems troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• HMI development.
• Production line support & process troubleshooting.
• Ability to work under pressure with a results-driven approach.
• Programming of industrial robots & cobots.
• Experience with MES & SCADA systems.
