Job Description
- Define the product outlook, roadmap, and business plan for YouTube Fan Funding. Develop and execute responsible global growth strategies for Fan Funding products. Design and lead a multi-year roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals and investments to scale globally and grow these businesses.
- Define the product outlook, strategy, and roadmap for Fan Funding for YouTube Shorts, where creator incentives are critical to driving growth of this ecosystem.
- Understand the global creator economy landscape, emerging trends, and be thoughtful about YouTube’s place in it. Analyze industry trends to drive innovation.
- Lead and grow a highly capable team of product managers to achieve the annual goals (both business and organization) including driving sustainable longer-term impact.
- Engage key stakeholders to influence and coordinate across product area boundaries to ensure effective solutions delivery and measurable business impact.
