Job Description
- Design and implement low-level firmware modules in C language to support advanced video codec features.
- Optimize firmware code for low-power consumption and high-throughput performance on embedded processors.
- Collaborate with the software drivers team and vendor to define and implement Application Programming Interface (API) or Input/Output Control (IOCTLs) for firmware-to-software communication.
- Assist in troubleshooting video pipeline issues, from the driver layer down to the hardware registers.
- Manage the technical relationship with external Video Internet Protocol (IP) vendors, including tracking bug reports and reviewing IP documentation.
