Job Description
Position Summary:
The purpose of the role is to provide end to end support to customers from installations of machines to breakdown and spares support. Also responsible for aftermarket sales revenue for the territory.
Work You’ll Do:
To Provide End to End support to customers from Installation of Machines to breakdown calls, machine problem, Spare Support, Training for Machine Operating, Processing Problem and Mold trails etc.
Coordinate for pre installation requirement with customer.
Developing & Implementation of the Corrective / Preventive actions for any Machine & further ensuring the Global Action of All Machines. Responsible for trouble shooting and providing solutions to overcome the problem.
Provide training to customers for the Machine Operating & Trouble Shooting of Machine Issue
Responsible for retention of existing customers and visiting customers regularly to ensure liaison & converting them into repeat customers,
Submitting the Field return part to factory for analysis as well as to recover cost of warranty of the part.
Ensuring compliance to operational control procedure requirements & maintain history file.
Generation of ERN (Engineering Request Note) for Modification in Machines
Generation of Spare Parts Business & Developing the Spare Parts recommendation
Preparing & Submission of Service Report for each machine
Providing Support & Suggestions to Design, Assembly & Testing Team
Developing the FOC Spare Kit to Support Sales Engineers.
Collection of Balance Payments for Spare parts.
Team:
Will be Part of Chennai Service team and the working location will be at Kerala.
Basic Qualifications:
BE/ BTech - Electronics & Instrumentation; BE/ BTech - Electrical; BE/ BTech - Mechanical; Diploma in Electronics Engg; Diploma in Elect & Communication Engg; Diploma in Mechanical; Diploma in Mechatronics
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate with 8 years above with preferably Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics – BE or Diploma Engineering Qualification along with Managerial and Technical skills of - Analytical and logical; Communication and negotiation; Interpersonal and influencing skills; Learning Attitude; Multitask; Organized; Problem solving; Process Driven; Resourceful; Self Initiator; Target oriented and focused; Team working and coordination
ERP Knowledge, Installation and commissioning; Preventive and corrective maintenance; Sales and service process understanding; Service Engineering
