▪ 2+ years of managing cross-functional teams in an onshore-offshore distributed team environment.

▪ 2+ years of experience in managing Agile teams with a detailed understanding of agile methodologies and how to implement them.

▪ Proficient in .NET (ASP, C#), SQL Server etc

. ▪ Experience of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

▪ Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools.

▪ Makes decisions and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities.

▪ Understands key project metrics
