Job Description
- Vendor Acquisition: Achieve vendor acquisition targets as set, ensuring consistent growth of active vendors.
- Deal Sign-Ups: Complete deal sign-ups in line with target requirements, focusing on quality partnerships and sustainable performance
- GMV Improvement: Increase sales by boosting vendor activity, promotions, menu improvements, and online consistency.
- Offline Rate Improvement: Reduce downtime by ensuring vendors remain active, updated, and operational.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen vendor relationships while proactively addressing and resolving issues or requests in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, or another related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to travel frequently to various provinces as required by the business.
- Experience managing and leading a team is a plus.
