Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager, Public Works & Local Infrastructure: Halff has an opening for a Senior Civil Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to be a Senior Project Manager on our growing Public Works & Local Infrastructure team based out of our Brownsville, TX office. The ideal candidate would bring at least 10 years of experience in utility and public works design, local infrastructure, public works, municipal roadway, trails, drainage, and land development projects. This position requires strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with public entities. This role will have a large amount of autonomy in managing engineers-in-training and CAD designers. South Texas regional experience preferred.
