Case Manager (CPST/TBS Provider)

Harbor is currently looking to add a Case Manager (CPST/TBS Provider) to our Toledo team.  Position is full-time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday. Experience with youth preferred; must be willing to work one late day per week.
