Corbus, LLC is currently seeking a Logistics / Planning Analyst. This position supports the military customer needs, helps with forecasting and inventory of parts, improves readiness and drives savings. Performance elements include: material availability, inventory and Back Order reductions. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for coordination and shipment of material required to support quarterly demand.
- Interface with all levels of supply chain to assure adequate material support.
- Expedite and prioritize critical shortage items.
- Coordination of work flow, to support both material and inventory goals.
- Interface with fulfillment, receiving, pack shop, and quality departments.
- Publish and update daily critical/shortage report. Lead daily critical shortage meetings.
- Maintain “Program Demand Material Support” file, reducing manual data inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 yr. college degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (including in depth knowledge and experience with Excel)
- Organizational skills
- Sense of urgency to provide excellence in customer service.
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience at working with project teams
- Ability to maneuver through databases
- Some knowledge with repair and spare parts requirements planning systems:
- Oracle Environments - AMPS
- SQL – Programming experience (desired)
- Spotfire
- Pack Shop System
- Support Central
- This position is located on-site 2-3 days per week in Lynn, MA
