Director, AI Strategy

The Director of AI Strategy is a single-threaded AI leader, established to ensure the organization’s growing AI investments are governed, sequenced, and adopted with the discipline required to deliver lasting business value. The role is accountable for the ongoing evolution of Hanger’s AI Strategy and for translating the strategy into disciplined, measurable execution. This role owns the AI Roadmap, chairs the AI Strategy Committee, represents the voice of the business in AI solution design and deployment, and ensures that AI investments are sequenced, governed, and adopted in a way that delivers durable enterprise value.  This is not a technology delivery role.
