- Define and implement the commercial strategy within the Defense & Security sector.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities related to optronic systems (electro-optics, infrared systems, surveillance, night vision, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Ministries of Defense, public institutions, system integrators, and international partners.
- Lead complex bidding processes, including public tenders and private proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, industry events, and high-level meetings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team to ensure high performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in the defense industry.

- Minimum of 8–10 years of commercial experience in the Defense & Security sector.
- Proven expertise in optronic systems and related technologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and long, complex sales cycles.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong experience with public procurement processes and government contracting.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
