Join the Fusion Analysis Development Effort (FADE) program as our Mission Operations Engineer where you'll make a significant impact by

Responsibilities:
User Support:
Serve as Tier I help desk support, leveraging your Intelligence Community experience to answer questions and monitor help desk platforms to ensure mission continuity
Troubleshooting technical issues and analytical workflows
User Engagement:
Conduct comprehensive classroom training at our Denver facility
Travel to customer locations for on-site training delivery
Facilitate virtual training sessions for remote users
Provide software demonstrations to government leadership during technical exchange meetings and monthly program management reviews
Engineering Support:
Represent user perspectives and workflows in development meetings, ensuring software meets real-world operational needs
Test and evaluate pre-release software
Triage and capture reported software defects
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Top Secret security clearance with Poly
Minimum 5 years of Military or Intelligence Community experience
Proficiency in at least one Intelligence Community discipline
Demonstrated experience in customer service roles
Team-first approach with ability to work across functional groups
Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Desired:
Experience with FADE applications including MIST, Watchbox, Linx, Reports, Sheets, & Drive
Prior instructional or training experience
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Grafana, Confluence, or Kibana

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD
