Job Summary Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to support the Controller in overseeing all accounting and financial operations for our luxury resort property. This key finance role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and strong internal controls while contributing to strategic financial decision-making that supports resort operations and growth. The Assistant Controller will play a hands-on role in day-to-day accounting functions, month-end close processes, budgeting, and financial analysis in a dynamic hospitality environment.
