Job Description
Lexus of Orlando, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a Service to Sales Manager to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Our Service to Sales Managers are critical to the success of the dealership; they identify vehicle upgrade opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and help customers transition into a newer vehicle that better fits their needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven automotive retail experience, including at least 5 years in a Sales Manager or Desk Manager position, or 10 years as a successful Automotive Sales Consultant.
- Experience working with Reynolds and Reynolds software is preferred.
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proven sales management leadership, with at least two years of automotive retail management, and at least two years of automotive retail sales experience.
