Under the guidance of the Chief of Communication and Advocacy, the Communications Specialist is accountable for developing, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring a digital communication strategy and associated products and activities on an on-going basis with public audiences onlined, with the objective of promoting awareness, understanding, support and respect priorities for children’s rights, and support for UNICEF's mission, and programmes and advocacy in Ukraine.
